Power Advocacy Centeris a private consumer protection organization. Our mission is to build a resource for New York’s Pro-Se litigants to defend against illegal foreclosures.

We pursue a lasting, and a fundamental change in the way the legal system disenfranchises homeowners who are out-matched, under-represented and financially dis-advantaged by debt collectors that systematically perpetrate fraud upon the courts which often results inthe loss of the homeowner’s property and their equity.

We are dedicated to putting together a coalition of attorneys, paralegals, expert witnesses, private investigators and other professionals in the foreclosure defense litigation field who are willing to share information, pleadings, tactics and techniques.  Together, our skills, experience and talents will combine into a synergistic pursuit of justice for homeowners defrauded in this mortgage mess perpetrated by unscrupulous investment bankers, quasi-lenders, servicers and others who have profited in the billions if not trillions of dollars at the expense millions of the rest of us.

Power Advocacy Center, is focused on New York homeowners in trouble with their mortgages.We will provide resources for reference material both online and hard copy, important links to other websites.

This site is intended to be a centralized resource for pro-se litigants to help successfully prosecute their cases.
